36 Dogshit British Haircuts from the 1970s
Neill Lynskey Published 3 hours ago
The haircuts of the 1970s were something to behold.
Back then, shaggy rockstars were the apex of cool, all men were expected to have very long hair – no matter how much hair they actually had. The result is some truly awful hairstyles that age had made look even worse. Sideburns that look like wool socks taped to an egg, combovers plastered onto heads with super glue-like hair gel, and some of the smoothest, shaggiest helmet hair you’ve ever seen.
The worst culprits of these furry monstrosities are the British, particularly their athletes. We’re not sure what was going on with these guys and their barbers back then, but this is the one time in history where food wasn’t the worst thing coming out of England.
