Facebook marketplace sounded like a good idea in theory. A place where the hundreds of millions of users could buy and sell goods from the comfort of their home... or phone in most cases. If you keep your eyes open you can find some really good deals and items there, but it also comes with an exorbitant amount of WTF items. Some people want top dollar for junk or selling things that never should have seen the light of day.

The things people try to get away with on Facebook Marketplace.... Does no one even monitor that site? You can seriously post anything there and it's just accepted as reality. No other website would allow that kind of nonsense, seriously...

These funny and disturbing Facebook Marketplace ads are some of the best stuff money can buy. Unfortunately most of these items were already sold, but they give you a pretty good idea of the kind of crazy crap you can find there.
