25 Dark Twists on the 'Welcome Home Sign'
It’s a common sight at the airport for a loving family or partner to bring a sign declaring their joy of being reunited. Most of them say “Congrats on the Engagement,” “Welcome to the Family,” or “Good Job in Iraq.” You know, the standards.
But sometimes people are just too honest, and give everyone in the airport a glimpse into a dark, painful life. Some people at the airport are returning home from prison, rehab, or court. A few rogues are returning back into a situation they were looking to avoid, like a pregnancy or child they never met. The darkest of the dark is guys picking up their mail-order bride.
You’d think these things would be masked with shame, but here are a few folks who had enough pride to put it on a sign and carry it around in public.
