Another week, another time to sit back and reflect on the failures of the last 7 days. This time we have one heck of a doozie, as a whole wad of wealthy folks locked themselves in a carbon fiber death trap and shot themselves towards the Titanic's wreckage. One of the biggest collective facepalms in recent memory if you ask me.
