Though construction workers may quite literally build the foundation of our society, sometimes work sites can play it fast and loose with safety guidelines. Case in point? slipping excavators, contractors submerged in groundwater, and one silly employee attempting to fill a room with concrete ... while waist-deep in the forbidden gray stuff.
