Around age fifty, doctors recommend you get a colonoscopy once a year. This is a fun, incredible procedure for people who love getting stuff stuffed up there. But occasionally, a colonoscopy yields unexpected results.
Since people don’t get them until they reach a certain age, the colon is potentially a cavalcade of mysteries. A treasure chest of sorts, except it’s made of flesh, and the treasure is a horrific disease. While infections are the most common things found, some people got lucky.
