We've all had things that we were told or perhaps read somewhere that we took as fact. Sometimes misinformation, rumors, or people intentionally lying to us fools us all and we end up believing something that is just not true. These pics prove that gullible people sometimes fall for just about anything.

When I was a kid my older brother told me the fire alarm was a candy dispenser and only the person who pulls it would get the candy. They do not dispense candy, nor do the fireman who show up.

My uncle, when I was 14, convinced me I needed “eye camo” to go turkey hunting so they wouldnt see me blink. He cut out little squares of camo mesh, had me tape them to my eyebrows, and got picture proof…..

Back in the early 90s my older brothers went to a WWF show and brought me back a Hulk Hogan bandana. They told me he personally gave it to them to give to me. I told that story to all my friends for the longest time til I was old enough to go to a WWF show and discovered Merch booths. :(
