Anna O. says: "This entity has been caught in my pictures since I was little." "At first glance, one might think that this shadow is simply Anna's. If this were Anna's shadow, you would see the shadow casting across the items in front of it. Strangely, the shadow is very dark and behind the items. The John Lawson house of Wappingers Falls, NY, was one of only two inhabited homes on the street, but that wasn't the creepy part. Mannequins could be seen during the day posed outside on the porch, and their positions, clothing, and held items would change by the day. Nobody knew who lived there. Nobody would ever see anyone or anything. A few people would attempt to connect the strange events with a massive train crash that killed a number of passengers in the mid 19th century, but who knows. The latest news claims the mannequins are "gone", possibly due to someone buying the home.

A Hand of Glory was said to be a magical artifact from old Middle Eastern lore. Usually they are made from the right hands of hanged criminals, and kept for protection and magic rituals. This particular hand dates from 1610, and is special as it comes from a female. It's suggested she may have been adulterous although it had been kept in "glory" condition with a mahogany box.
