13 Cops and Robbers Forgetting Their Differences and Getting Along

If you’ve never seen the movie Heat, first of all don’t worry about it. It’s a fine film, not necessary to watch it. But also, there’s this scene in it where Pacino and De Niro, as a criminal and cop who are enemies, take a moment to sit down and understand each other as people.

This very rarely happens in real life, but when it does, it rocks. It’s like if a lion asked a gazelle if he wanted to get a drink and vibe before they have to get down to business, it’d be great. So we found a few of those rare moments, when cops and their sworn enemies just took a deep breath, and chilled for a while.

There are two elderly women who got to fulfill their birthday bucket list of getting arrested, some cops and detainees sharing a laugh in the squad car, and a few pairs who decided an arrest was also a good time for a wholesome selfie.
