The Decebal Hotel is a 150-year-old hotel in Romania. There's a rumor going on about a ghost of a tall woman in a long white frock haunting the spa. No evidence for this ghost existed until 2008 when 33-year-old Victoria Iovan photographed her boyfriend at the aforementioned location, with the legendary apparition in the background.
