Young Thug’s lawyer is trying to remove YSL Polo, Cardarius Dorsey, as a codefendant in the ongoing RICO trial against Young Thug’s label and "gang," YSL.

Last week, Dorsey was seen making erratic movements during his court appearance. Young Thug’s Lawyer, Brian Steel has sent a petition to remove Dorsey, seeing it as a deterrent in giving Young Thug a fair trial. Judge Ural Glanville and Dorsey’s lawyers, Suri Chadha Jiminez will meet this week regarding whether Dorsey is fit for trial.

Dorsey, who is currently serving a life sentence at Fulton County Jail for a 2019 murder, has fully committed to the bit. Dorsey’s behavior in court was the same during a hearing for aggravated assault and inciting a riot in jail last week. Jimenez claims his client is just nervous and that he’s been dealing with him in this state privately as well.

Despite Dorsey’s commitment, social media is not buying it. If Dorsey is trying to claim insanity over the RICO charges (or his other assault and murder charges) he’s getting a ticket to the prison mental hospital.

“He sat still long enough for all them tattoos. LOCK EM UP,” responded @backseetBETTY.

“do u think they even know that in order to plead for insanity you have to NOT know what you did was wrong,” added @AshersArchive.

Some online have pointed out that this is Dorsey’s elaborate way of avoiding snitching on YSL. But is snitching worse than a psych ward? Probably.
