Personally, I’m not convinced.
Anyone who’s ever ordered Chipotle delivered knows just how shitty the experience is when compared to in-store ordering. While your double beef and cheese burrito might be a baby-sized behemoth when ordering in-store, getting the same thing from Uber Eats results in you getting a pitiful pocket of a queso and, if you’re lucky, some dry nuggets of beef.
Everyone handles this disappointment differently. If you’re a regular person, you complain to customer service in hopes of getting your money back. If you’re this lady, you go to Chipotle, start making your own bowl and get in the face of anyone trying to stop you.
Now, after a video went viral showing the encounter, the woman has come out to say that she’s sorry. Kinda.
