Every year, about 1.19 million people die in road traffic crashes, and seeing how bad some drivers are, it’s a surprise that that number isn’t even higher. Many countries make it really stupidly easy to get a driver’s license, and once you have one, it takes a helluva lot of fucking up before the government will take it away from you.

We don’t know what this driver was smoking, but a woman walking down the road was very nearly pinned between his moving car and a parked one. This inspired her to, correctly, decide to walk on the sidewalk.
