Looking to snag the perfect beach body? Try having a burly man throw a big tire at your abs, a technique that has found itself at the center of Twitter’s latest viral video.
A clip posted last December by fitness influencer Yidikes Yom began making the rounds on social media this week, depicting the Instagram-famous instructor hosting what appears to be the MMA class from hell, helping his students through conditioning by hurling a massive wheel at them during a round of v-sits.
Though it’s unclear what, exactly, this technique accomplishes, several Twitter users found themselves fascinated with one question: As the @overtime Twitter account so aptly asked, “Wtf they training for?”

“Regrowing Ribs,” joked @VocalPineapple.
“For me driving 80 in a school zone,” theorized @grantisdumb, while @no8odynocrime suggested that they may be learning how to “eat without YouTube.”
But no matter what goal this class is working towards, one thing is certain: To quote @Lord_Next_D00R, “never skip injury day.”
