For a lot of Westerners, China is a locked box into which we only get the occasional peek. What they *do* show us, however, is awesome — pet cafes filled with Huskies, real-life Rainbow Roads and Monkey Kings?

Hey, this country sounds pretty great, so long as you don’t do any additional Googling!

On that note, there’s a new item on all of our bucket lists: this long-ass slide in Hulunbuir.

According to Yahoo! News, the available information about the slide indicates that it’s around 1.2 kilometers, or 0.75 miles long. Visitors hop onto small carts at the starting point at the top of the grassland, enjoying a roughly 30-second journey before reaching the end, which we can safely assume is just more grassland.

Still, pretty cool!

If you’re planning a trip to China, you’ve gotta go pretty far off the tourist path to actually get to ride this baby, as Hulunbuir is in the north of the country by Mongolia. But hey, if you’ve got a few dollars to burn and a strong desire to see what the grass and sky look like in China, be my guest.
