TikTokers pull all sorts of stupid stunts for views. Most of the time, these involve pranking unsuspecting victims or standing outside of a bar waiting for someone to do or say something stupid.

But, as more eyes are being drawn to the platform, creators have to pull even larger stunts in order to attract viewers. For example, one guy was accused of derailing a train in order to make a viral video.


This guy thought he hit a middle ground: cause enough of a scene to go viral, but not put himself in any real damage.


Unfortunately, the law disagreed and sentenced the main dude in the video to three years in prison, and the other two people involved to two years in prison.


Watching the clip, I think you could have done something cooler if the risk was several years behind bars.
