Any men who have wondered what it is their partners get up to at their yoga and pilates classes should look away now, because the following video isn’t remotely representative and will either leave you aroused, confused or both.
What kind of freak ass fitness class is this ???????? pic.twitter.com/qfGJa34b0Q

A recent viral video has introduced the wider internet to erotic yoga, courtesy of one practitioner who uploads videos of her classes to Instagram. Tatyana Zuyeva, who posts under the handle @erotraverse, is a practitioner of this unique kind of yoga, which sees participants receive significantly more hands-on instruction than traditional yoga. In the videos, Zuyeva can be seen cradling students’ hips and grinding on them while other students twerk and gyrate in the background.
I know it smell crazy in there

Twitter users were left stunned by the footage, with many joking that it must smell crazy in that studio, and many more making jokes along the lines of, “please give me the address so i don’t go there.” Unfortunately, we’re still no closer to understanding why these yoga classes are so erotic or what the benefits of erotic yoga are compared to more traditional forms.
Two-person yoga, or AcroYoga, involves two people “using each other’s weight, support, balance and resistance to find deeper expression in yoga poses”; erotic yoga appears to be a combination of that with positions and poses found in the Kama Sutra, which Tatyna mentions in multiple places on her Instagram profile.
Whatever it is, it looks like a lot of fun, although definitely not for the faint-hearted. If you’re devastated not to be able to attend one of these classes in person, not to worry: Zuyeva offers an online course aimed at helping you “diversify [your] bed games with new positions and increase the sensitivity of your intimate muscles.”
