Why are we doing this?

Despite a good half of all science fiction revolving around the theme “Don’t trust the machines,” we keep imbuing technology with more power than it has any business having. For example, for every machine that we build to bang, we build a robot gun dog. I don’t care if they dance — they’re not good for humanity!

The danger that a robot uprising could bring was easy to ignore when they were still piss poor at walking. But now, as this video shows, they can do pretty much everything we can and more, including parkour.

Not good!
