Typically precluded with a long swig of wine, seltzer or let’s be real, whatever booze your parents have laying around, the premise of this trend is simple, drink up and head forth … all while doing your damndest to avoid a gable to the eye.
Though it’s unclear how this unconventional tradition came to be — some of the earliest clips date back to 2021 — one thing is for sure: Nothing says “Christmas Spirit” like a healthy dose of candy-related violence.
