The Air Force Is Buying Cybertrucks for Target Practice

Hey, it’s safer than driving them.

The Air Force is currently in the market for some Cybertrucks, but it’s not to drive them. According to The War Zone, the main goal is to blow them up.

While this may sound shocking, their explanation actually makes a bit of sense. Basically, the Air Force says it wants to be prepared to take on any kind of vehicle a combatant can feasibly buy or use. As the Cybertruck is commercially available — and claims to be tough to the point of being bulletproof — it’s only logical that the Air Force will need to acquire one or two of them and throw everything they can at the beast.

Still, it’s gotta sting a little for Tesla that one of the main people bragging about wanting to buy your product right now is the group that’s only doing so to make it go kaboom.
