Though rapper Ice Spice may have earned the title of “The People’s Princess” from the press and fans alike, her revenge dress could use some work.

On Tuesday, June 13, Teen Vogue revealed Ice Spice as their June cover star, the “Boy's a Liar Pt. 2" songstress sporting a beige floor-length gown while posing on a pink pedestal.

Yet, more so than the singer’s stunning editorial, her Jordan Dalah gown quickly stole the spotlight on social media, with several likening its edgy hemline and color to a condom.

“Tell me y’all see it too,” quipped @sandmddd alongside two snaps of the star.

Amassing more than 2.7 million views in its first day on the site, @sandmddd was far from alone in thinking Ice Spice’s cover look seemed more “rubber” than “runway.”

“Ice Spice is the FIRST female rapper ever to wear a condom for the Teen Vogue cover,” joked @FABIOTHEBARB.

“Why do I feel like when every time I zoom this I see condddomm,” quipped @dadordadorlade.

“I see Durex,” added @b0mbit.

To paraphrase @miizuumii. Ice Spice and Teen Vogue really said “safe sex.”
