The only thing better than Jurassic Park’s recent reboots? Recreating the film’s premise using dinosaur nuggets, a mashed potato mountain and a metric crapton of flowing molten gravy.

Though food influencer Sarah Marie may have been previously “canceled” for her “watery gravy,” the TikToker refused to give up on her cinematic, culinary dreams, giving yet another go at recreating the ‘90s dino flick with a ton of white people dinner food.

“This is my redemption video for 2024” she began her now-viral clip. “I am coming back, I am doing this way bigger, bigger, better I am going all out.”

After stacking several bowls and pots to create the mountain’s outline, Sarah Marie got to work, coating her entire starchy ski run in a coat of tin foil before spooning on layer after layer of — apparently warmed — taters.

“I ended up using a crap-ton of mashed potatoes,” she continued over footage of her emptying yet another bowl across her foil-lined monstrosity, noting that she “had this all hot and ready to go” by dinner time.

“This was a heated meal by the time it was served,” she reiterated.

After sprinkling in some “trees” crafted from asparagus and broccoli, some birthday candles and of course, the star of the Jurassic Park-themed show — dinosaur-shaped chicken nuggets — the volcano was ready to erupt, the chef positioning herself on a chair above the mashed mountain like the Y2k incarnate of Vulcan himself, a pot filled with not-too-watery gravy poised above its apex.

“I think this one turned out ten out of ten,” Sarah Marie said, posing before her completed display, offering a thumbs up to the camera.

We can only hope those lucky enough to dine on the edible prehistoric diorama can hold on to their butts — after all, potatoes probably shouldn’t be sitting out that long.
