As you've probably heard, McDonald's has decided to close its estimated 850 stores in Russia after Putin's invasion of Ukraine. So naturally Russians flocked to their local McDonald's before supplies ran out. However, one die hard Mickey D's fan clearly stood out above the rest.
According to Redditor Noah Stemann, this is his friend's fridge stocked with over 40 (that we could count) McDonald's burgers. That's some dedication.
With so many of the fast-food restaurant locations closing, customers are chomping at the bit to get their hands on that greasy goodness.
Strategies vary from stocking up in person, to waiting it out in massive drive-thru lines.
The situation has gotten so dire that folks across the pond are even throwing items up online at exorbitant prices.
But listen, who am I to judge someone who's just trying to snag some sweet n' sour sauce. I just thank my lucky stars that I live in the greatest nation in the world. A country with over 13,000 McDonald's locations and counting. A country that gave us 'Country Roads' and Clint Eastwood. Land of the free, home of the brave.
