One Northern California outlet employee recently proved that retail workers are disgustingly underpaid, sprinting out of the store and thwarting two would-be-robbers who attempted to walk out with a giant clothing rack.

Alexandra Garcia, who works at the Bank of Hype shoe store in Livermore, California, nabbed the unofficial title of Employee of All Time after rushing towards the door during this near robbery, attempting to prevent two men from running off with a rack of clothing into the halls of the San Francisco Premium Outlets.

Though she initially stumbled, as seen in the clip, several other passersby jumped to her aid, ultimately helping her return the rack of merchandise to her store.

“Not on my watch. If I could do it again, I’d probably still do it,” she told local news outlet KRON.

We can only hope that Garcia lands one heck of a promotion — and that all retail managers know she’s the exception, not the rule.
