Pope Francis has come out recently as anti-porn, in case anyone was wondering. The Holy Father acknowledged that nuns and priests watch porn, saying “It is a vice that has so many people, so many lay people, also priests and nuns”. He warned that “The Devil enters from there”, and encouraged people to delete porn apps off their phones, so “temptation isn’t in hand”.

We learned in 2020 that Pope Francis has first-hand experience with the temptations of online lust, when his Instagram account liked a Brazilian model's post, showing off Catholic school-style lingerie.
People are tweeting their reactions to this less-than-necessary news. “That’s nunsense.” tweeted @LincEagleton. @Matthewjmartin said what we’re all thinking “i could have gone my whole life without knowing that. Some people are pointing out the Church’s past with sinful sex, with @pype_ryan tweeting “ohhh they do a lot more than that Francis….”

Some members of the clergy are using their God-given internet access for much more wholesome endeavors. @daughtersofstpaul, a group of Minnesota nuns, have gone viral recently as #MediaNuns. Another monastery found viral fame doing the gritty. Thank God!
