Most of the time, oddballs are country and language specific. While you get the occasional stranger who finds their way into American popular culture — looking at you, Hasbulla Magomedov — for the most part, your local weirdo is going to stay local barring a major international incident.
That’s why it’s always strange when a regional fixture makes their way outside of containment. Case in point: Krzysztof Rutkowski.

If you’re Polish, you’re probably thinking “Oh, God,” except doing so in your weird language that has way too many consonants and diacritics. But if you’re not, you’re probably wondering who this spray-tanned, bird’s-nest-haired guy is and whether or not he really is the Polish Drake.
idk who this joker is but polish drake is very real https://t.co/XykG6Xs99W pic.twitter.com/0l7k0THKLr

Sadly, Rutkowski isn’t actually the Polish Drake (I know, people lie on the internet, shocker). Instead, he’s a 63-year-old former private detective known for his chaotic personality and undeniable drip. I mean, just look at the guy!
