Philadelphia. What can be said that hasn't already been said? The cheesesteak-loving, Santa Clause-snowballing, insult-hurling, World Series-losing, 1975 Stanley Cup Champions are at it again. This time in celebration of a man who ate 40 rotisserie chickens over 40 consecutive days.
This is the tweet that started it all.
I would like to Invite you all on a journey that I am on. I am eating a rotisserie chicken every day for 30 days. Today is day 11. I will keep you all updated as I get closer to my goal. Thank you. pic.twitter.com/HlFYrzGQIN

I know what you're thinking. How do we know he actually ate 10 chickens prior to this post? And much like Eagles' legend Vince Papale, I'll challenge you to do one simple thing, and that is...just believe.
Photos began rolling in of each and every chicken consumed. On day 18 we were treated to a rare video showing live footage of the tremendous streak.

But as unique and original as this quest was, it still hadn't really gained the steam needed to go viral. That is until the invitation to the 40th went out.

By day 38 the suspension had built, and the world wanted more.

Day 40 finally came and a new Philly legend was born. AlexiconTom accomplished what only a few have thought of, and even fewer have tried.
