Peru’s deeply unpopular ex-President Dina Boluarte was impeached in an overnight session that brought the new President, 38-year-old José Jeri, into interim power. How did he celebrate this momentous occasion, you ask? Apparently, by unfollowing a bunch of adult content creators.

Shortly after his inauguration, internet users began to notice that Jeri’s Instagram follows consisted largely of spicy content creators. If they were showing their stuff on cam, you could bet that they had a “Followed by soyjosejeri” marker in their profile.
Now, it seems, Jeri realized that this is a bad look for a world leader. Consequently, he began mass unfollowing accounts — removing hundreds from his “Following” list just hours after his election. Yes, I said “hundreds.”
