The paradox of shitting is that there is no “good” time to shit, but plenty of bad ones. We all remember the (god-I-hope-it’s-true) rumor that Joe Biden pooped his pants during a meeting with the Pope — and of course, the incident in July when Mitch McConnell first froze on live TV, presumably due to the fact that he was dropping a deuce in his trousers. Finally, bipartisanship!

While both of these men have the (horrifying) excuse that they’re a hundred years old and their brains are effectively pudding, some of us aren’t so lucky. For example, take Vince DeDario, one of the hosts of the podcast Irish Breakdown.

During a recent episode, DeDario was in the middle of a conversation when a look of horror came over his face. Quickly, he fled from the camera, leaving his co-host in confused silence.

I think we can all take a guess what happened here. That’s right, folks — he crapped his pants. At least, that’s what the internet is choosing to believe.

For his part, DeDario is doing his best to beat the pants-pooping allegations. In another clip from the podcast, he claims that he “out of nowhere” got two “massive cramps in my quads” and had to leave to stretch them out. Right.

Who knows? Maybe he’s telling the truth. Then again, maybe both things are true — saying you got a massive cramp in your legs doesn’t mean you didn’t *also* poop your pants. Regardless, next time, just make sure to turn your camera off.
