New Government Directive Says You, Yes You, Are a Terrorist
Who, me?

Last week, the government seemed to imply that, if you made any posts that could be construed as supporting the acts of Luigi Mangione, you could be classified as a terrorist. Now, they appear to have thrown the baby out with the bathwater and said screw it, anyone who says anything is a terrorist.
This is according to a report from journalist Ken Klippenstein, who detailed President Trump’s recent “National Security Presidential Memorandum 7.” This memorandum lists the various statements that can get one accused of supporting terrorism.
Those statements include those that can be construed as anti-American, anti-capitalism, anti-Christianity; pro-overthrowing the U.S. government; extremist on migration, race or gender; and/or showing hostility towards “those who hold traditional American views” on family, religion or morality.
Looking at this list, it quickly becomes clear that, in the right light, pretty much any statement you make can fall into one of these categories. Have you complained about your landlord raising the rent? Sorry, but that’s anti-capitalist, and you’re a terrorist. Making fun of Tom Brady for kissing his son on the lips? That’s anti-family — buddy, you just did a terrorism!
How will this end? Couldn’t tell you, but I can’t imagine it will be good.
