If you haven’t been following the news coming out of Nepal, thank goodness, I thought I was the only one!

But those who *have* been following the news say that, following both prominent corruption cases and an intense government clamp-down that included restrictions on social media, protests erupted — so much so that several public and private buildings were burned to the ground.

Now that the government is spiraling, the Gen-Z people leading the protest have held a vote to see who should be the new leader. That vote was conducted via Discord. Chat, shut up! I’m trying to focus on voting here!
