Chip companies have gotten bold with how few chips they give us in bags these days. We’ve all been there — you open a “family size” bag of Doritos to discover that the “family” in question only has two people, neither of whom are particularly hungry.

Seeing this, one may wonder what happened to the rest of their chips. Now, we might have the answer. In a video posted to TikTok, @sfranting claims that he opened a bag of Funyuns to discover not a disappointing mix of onion-flavored snacks, but a behemoth of a cracker.

“Can someone tell me why there was just a massive elbow macaroni in my bag of Funyuns?” the TikToker asks in the video. “Can I get an explanation on this? This scared the fuck out of me when I felt it in the bag.”

Users were amazed by the TikToker’s giant discovery. “Enlarged to show texture,” joked one. “The one yun to rule them all,” added another. “The guy she tells you not to worry about,” joked a third.

And, of course, some people eventually did offer the TikToker an explanation. “The machine that cuts them into rings probably had a malfunction and just squeezed out a LONG boi and then kicked back on,” detailed someone clearly in the know.

There were also plenty of TikTokers telling him how he should actually eat this Funyun. Some said to fill it with onion dip to make a “Funoli”; others suggested taco meat for the ultimate crunchy burrito. At the very least, he should eat it — and not get any other ideas
