Before Kanye West became a born-again Christian he once rapped, "if I f**k this model, And she just bleached her asshole, And I get bleach on my T-shirt, I'ma feel like an asshole." If those aren't the words of a visionary we don't know what are.

The only thing Kanye West loves more than sleeping with models with perfectly bleached a**holes is attention, and his new brand of politics is a grab at as much of it as he can get. During his time as a devout Christian, Kanye has made numerous statements that have rubbed people the wrong way. Those statements include outing Kim, his ex-wife for having an abortion, which ended up leading to his divorce, claiming slavery was a "choice", and today on the Alex Jones show, where he declared behind a black full-faced mask that, "I see good things about Hitler."

In the above clip, Alex Jones gives Kanye a softball, saying, "You're not a Nazi, you don't deserve to be demonized," to which Kanye responds, "well..." Clearly, something isn't right with the guy who once called out Goerge Bush on national TV for "not caring about black people."

Obviously, this isn't the same guy millions of people around the world looked up to for so many years. Yet I struggle to label him as mentally ill or to attribute his words and actions to that of a bipolar person.

What we are seeing here is someone who thinks the world of himself, someone who is used to having an unlimited amount of attention thrown his way, who for a reason we don't care to understand, has decided that being as "based as possible" is his best way to feed his own ego and statue. Because if you've spent even a fraction of a second around most born-again Christians, the types who think being Christian is about "speaking God's truth" or throwing themselves on their own spears, you know the only thing Kanye actually cares about is himself.

On second thought, maybe he is mentally ill.
