‘It Was a Prank!’: Ohio Attorney Suspended After Pooping in Pringles Can, Throwing It into Parking Lot of Victim Advocacy Center

Pranks sure are fun, aren’t they?

Pranks sure are fun, aren’t they? Whoopie cushions, sticking someone’s hand in water while they’re sleeping — whip one of these favorites out at a party, and you’re basically guaranteed to inspire a good time.

Sadly, though, some people just don’t understand the beauty — and the simple joy — of a good prank. Take, for example, the Ohio Supreme Court, which recently suspended an attorney after he was caught pooping into a Pringles can and throwing it into the parking lot of a victim advocacy center.

Now, you might be thinking, “I don’t understand the problem here. Haven’t the Ohio Supreme Court ever heard of a goof?” The recently-suspended attorney, one Jack A. Blakeslee, feels the same way. “[Blakeslee] said he didn't target anyone but had a habit of putting his feces in Pringles cans and randomly throwing them from his car,” reads a report from the Cincinnati Enquirer. “He claimed he pulled the Pringles prank at least 10 times that year.”

The Court, in response, argued that Blakeslee was trying to mess with a current court case to which he was assigned — one that involved the very same victim advocacy center. I’m sorry, but which version is more believable: A guy tried to get out of work, or a trickster has been crapping into Pringles cans almost a dozen times this year alone for the love of comedy?

The latter, obviously.

For now, the Court has decided to suspend the attorney’s law license for a year. Shows what you get for giving a shit.
