Jonah Hill is in hot water with the internet after texts posted by his ex Sarah Brady revealed emotional manipulation and abuse. There are some people on Hill’s side online but it appears that a lot of them are bots.
After Brady's screenshots were shared all over social media, some people started noticing a trend in those pro-Hill Twitter replies.
Hey so anyone detect any suspicious inauthentic activity under this critical of Jonah Hill tweet https://t.co/5i4pBrt973 pic.twitter.com/IL47K17NEe

“It sounds like he’s communicating what works for him in a clear way. He literally said he supports her if that brings her happiness, it’s just not for him. I actually see nothing wrong with this,” multiple blue-checked accounts replied under @popcrave’s tweet.
A majority of the accounts were made within the last 6 months and because of Elon Musk’s paid verification model, they are the first replies users see under tweets.
It is not confirmed that Hill or Hill’s PR team have purchased bots to make support Jonah, as many men have already done so, without the need to hide their true identities, however, these tactics have been used in the past by powerful celebrities. The Johnny Depp and Amber Heard trial is a recent example where Depp fans banded together and used bots to sway public opinion.
Looks like Jonah Hill has hired a reputation management firm to activate inauthentic accounts to try to silence people speaking up for Sarah Brady.

Check out this account’s feed. It’s all pro-Jonah Hill and anti-Sarah Brady content.
Pretty sick how male stars keep doing this. pic.twitter.com/yKrp7cEjgf
Hill, who has yet to respond to the leaked messages released a new product to his clothing line 'Meaningful Existence,' that reads “Complete Unrelenting Control.”
This is Jonah Hill's newest merch y'all, "Complete Unrelenting Control". It's like he thinks this shit is funny. I'm manifesting his downfall https://t.co/FZEbKSiDY0 pic.twitter.com/pEgNBK1JgI

While it may seem farfetched, it wouldn't be the first time a celebrity has tried to silence their accusor with bots.
