Cheese Ball Chick is a mother, speaker, author, and “follower of Jesus.” She travels the country and the world with a bucket of cheese balls on her back, learning and preaching about Jesus. Last month she took a trip to Israel to visit holy sites around the country, including the Sea of Galilee, where she decided to film herself eating a commemorative cheese ball. Her TikTok now has almost 2 million views.
“I think I need to commemorate this with a cheese ball,” she says, before dropping one into the water and eating another. “She just dropped a cheese ball in the Sea of Galilee,” one person commented in disbelief. “I feel like the cheese ball backpack violates at least 3 of the 10 commandments.”
Cheese Ball Chick claims that she started wearing the cheese ball backpack after receiving a bucket of the snack as a gift and witnessing the happiness it brought other people. “I carry cheese balls because I want to spread joy,” she said. “But make no mistake about it, my joy comes from Jesus.”
She has even written a book titled Cheese Balls for Jesus, which includes “15 funny faith-filled stories to encourage and inspire.” But I think I’ll just take a cheese ball and skip the sermon, thank you very much.
