This man’s got so many microchips he produces his own 5G!
When the COVID vaccine was first rolled out, some were understandably hesitant to take it. However, over time, most people came around, and while booster use is still pitifully low, most people walking around the U.S. today have two or more shots of mRNA coursing through their veins.
Personally, I got the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, mainly to see what it would feel like to have my brain pop like a water balloon. But one man in Germany couldn’t decide which vaccine to get. Pfizer? AstraZeneca? That Russian one? It’s all just too much to think about — and so, he decided to get as many as he could. Over and over and over and over.
What would happen if you got vaccinated against the same antigen over and over again? In @TheLancetInfDis, we now report on a hypervaccinated individual from Magdeburg (HIM) who received 217 vaccinations within 29 months against SARS-CoV-2. 1/19 https://t.co/or1gLBFDgk

According to a new study, a 62-year-old man from Magdeburg, Germany decided to load up on more than 200 vaccine doses for “personal reasons” (I cannot imagine what those reasons would be, but go off, I guess). He did this over the course of 29 months, meaning he got just over seven vaccine doses per month. I know people who shower less often than that!
This man became a local celebrity for his actions, which led to his story landing at the feet of researchers at Germany’s University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. They asked if he would like to participate in some studies to see if he was, you know, okay. He happily obliged, and now, we know just how bad it is if you fill your body with COVID vaccines.
A German dude took over 200 doses of COVID vaccine for inscrutable reasons, and appears to be just fine. https://t.co/kE8lfUluhE

As it turns out, nothing really happens. It’s a case study of one, so its applicability in the real world is an open question, but in general, the man appeared to be doing just fine after filling his body with mRNA. “Dr. Schober worried hyper-stimulating the immune system with repeated doses might have fatigued certain cells,” summarizes a piece in the BBC. “But the researchers found no evidence of this in the 62-year-old. And there was no sign that he had ever been infected with COVID.”

“The observation that no noticeable side effects were triggered in spite of this extraordinary hypervaccination indicates that the drugs have a good degree of tolerability,” one of the researchers said, quoted by The Guardian.
Now, just because this man didn’t die, that doesn’t mean you should go out and get 200-plus vaccines tomorrow. Experts still recommend the standard COVID-19 vaccination procedure — but if you want to load up on a few more doses for fun, you might be alright.
