It’s no secret that there are a lot of bad movies these days. Still, with the occasional film knocking your socks off, one or two stinkers shouldn’t be enough to push you away from the theater entirely.

Unless, that is, you’re Denzel Washington. In a recent interview about his new film Highest 2 Lowest, the actor admitted that movies just aren’t really his bag.

“I don’t watch movies, man. I really don’t,” he explained. “I’m just being honest with you! I don’t watch movies! I don’t go to the movies. I don’t watch movies. I’m tired of movies. Yeah.”

I guess you get this way after you’ve been in more than 50 of them!
