During the 5-3 Oakland win, a fan captured a couple from across the stadium in what appears to be a sex act. The video was promptly posted to Twitter, which caught the eye of local authorities.
Oakland Police have since launched an investigation into the two fans at the Oakland A's game that decided to get intimate in the nosebleeds.
During an Oakland-Mariners game on Sunday, two fans were caught on video allegedly in the middle of a blowjob. The couple was in the top right corner of the stadium, no other people were around them.

In a statement made by the OPD, Candace Keas said, "The Oakland Police Department was not alerted to this incident until after the game and we were advised that A’s staff/cameras did not capture video of this during the game. We have initiated an investigation. However, the parties have not been identified and no one has been cited/arrested at this time."
If caught, the couple could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 dollar fine for lewd acts in public.
Am I surprised that Oakland police are investigating a supposed sex act occurring in the stands at an A's game? Kind of. Actually, the owner of the A's has been screwing the fans for well over a decade and there's been no investigation of that. Not sure how this is different.

This only proves the three people at the A's game aren't even paying attention.
