Drugs? Alcohol? Both? I don’t know, but these guys definitely shouldn’t be in uniform right now.

Police officers in the U.S. aren’t the best — hell, they’re some of the least trained in the Western world — but at least most of them show up to work (relatively) sober. Sure, they’ll load themselves up with tren and slam their cars into local businesses, but they’ll do it under the clear blue sky of sobriety, damn it!

The same apparently can’t be said for cops in Guatemala. As this video shows, these cops in one of our great Central American brother nations are clearly tripped out on something or another. But that doesn’t stop them from trying to get behind the wheel!
