California Says Kim Kardashian Can’t Be a Lawyer

At least, not yet.

It’s official: if you’re in the state of California, you won’t be able to hire Kim Kardashian to represent you in court.

For those who’ve been following her long legal journey — first, why? But second, this shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise. It took her three attempts to pass the “baby bar” exam, and in the years since, she says she’s been studying for the real one with ChatGPT (even though she says it constantly lies to her).

Now, she’s gotten the results back from her bar exam, and, well, she failed.

In a post made to her Instagram stories that looks like it was written by ChatGPT, she said that she failed, but “Falling short isn't failure—it's fuel.”

“I was so close to passing the exam and that only motivates me even more,” she added.

Best of luck to her in her future bar exam attempts, but for now, the people of California will have to stick with lawyers who *don’t* have their own reality shows.
