Brian Szasz, the stepson of missing OceanGate Titan passenger, Hamish Harding, who went viral for tweeting at Blink-182 for sympathy was arrested back in 2021 for threatening to shoot up a festival and stalking women.

Szasz was arrested after posting threatening tweets about the 2021 Las Vegas ILLENIUM Trilogy show. @jnidhuinn wrote back in 2021, “Who the fuck threatens a mass murder at a rave” with screenshots of the threats which have been re-shared on Twitter after Szasz started tweeting at Blink-182 members.

Screenshots from 2021 have also re-surfaced from when he threatened to “hunt down” DJ, Alison Wonderland.

AVRØRA was surprised to find out the connection between stalker Szasz and billionaire stepdad during the search for the missing submarine.

People are losing their minds finding out about this disturbed connection to the Titanic tour from hell. A meme tweet has been posted across social media sharing the disbelief that “he’s ALSO the same guy that threatened to kill everyone at Illenium last year and also got arrested for stalking DJs but he got off bc his dad is in the FBI.”

Szasz went on to sue San Diego County in July 2022 for neglect at Vista Detention Facility, where he was held after his arrest.

Using the missing OceanGate tour situation as an opportunity to get attention is not a good look for anybody, but his scumbag's past coming back to light makes it even more repulsive.

Szasz has a long list of dirtbag behavior and was apparently arrested back in 2007 when he was 20, alongside then-18 and 16-year-old counterparts on suspicion of two counts of armed robbery at both an AM/PM and a 7-Eleven within 35 minutes. According to an old San Diego Union-Tribune report, the three suspects threatened clerks with a knife, and demanded cash by apologizing that “he was sorry but he was out of cash.”

Szasz one of the other suspects was caught after the robberies, when an Amtrak train struck their Ford Explorer, getting it stuck on the tracks. Authorities found stolen cigarettes and the weapon inside and two suspects uninjured nearby.
