A Brazilian woman documented her journey with her “uncontrolled breast growth” on social media, claiming her bust grew an excess of 22 pounds in just a couple of months. Thaynara Marcondes, the 22-year-old Brazilian influencer and student, was forced to use a wheelchair due to her rare condition.

The good news is she’s now back to her normal self after doctors successfully removed the excess breast tissue. She was eventually diagnosed with gigantomastia, a condition that’s clearly debilitating, and while it makes for a good headline, it’s far from funny.

Marcondes was able to afford the surgery thanks to her social media followers, who helped her raise $7,200 for the procedure. However, her doctors have warned her that she isn’t out of the woods yet, as those who suffer from gigantomastia can see the tissue regrow.

Hopefully for her sake, if that does happen, it stops at a natural-looking C cup.
