Alleged ABC Attacker Had Reminder Note on Fridge to ‘Do the Scary Thing’ on the Day of the Attack
Somehow simultaneously frightening and embarrassing.

I don’t know if you heard about this, but someone in California tried to attack a local ABC affiliate on Friday. The attempt was (thankfully) pathetic — Anibal Hernandez Santana allegedly sent off three rounds into a window, hit no one and then was immediately arrested — but the dude clearly believed he was about to spark a revolution.
For example, in the alleged perpetrator’s car, notes were found that seemed to say he was attacking a local ABC affiliate (that wasn’t even owned by ABC) “for hiding Epstein and ignoring red flags.” Other notes implied that this miserable attempt would be the first of many, with him allegedly name-dropping FBI Director Kash Patel, FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino and Attorney General Pam Bondi as “next” on his list.
While these notes would seem to make ol’ Santana look like a strong, spooky man, the reality couldn’t be further from the truth. According to investigators, a search of his home found that he had left a note on his fridge reminding him to “do the next scary thing,” dated to the day of the attack.
Sorry, buddy, but if you not only do terrorism, but need a Post-It to *remind you* to do terrorism, I think you’ve got a classic case of Stupid Brain.
