She may be on the move, but she sure ain’t moving.
One airport Karen brought everyone’s travel day to a screeching halt, allegedly refusing to move up while waiting in line to drop off her baggage according to one angry Redditor.
“This girl at the airport waits until the queue moves all the way forward to move,” lamented u/rip-21 in a recent post on r/I’mTheMainCharacter. “People confronted her and she said ‘It’s the same if I move now or later.’”
Though it’s unclear how u/rip-21 personally dealt with this one-woman blockade, their fellow Redditors quickly reached a consensus on how they’d proceed if they were in OP’s TSA-friendly airport sneakers.

“I would straight-up go around her,” wrote u/UrbanSunflower962.
“Yeah I don't understand why people would just wait behind someone being belligerent like this,” added u/hippiechan.
“She doesn’t own that space. I’d walk right around her,” reiterated u/wls5262,
After garnering hundreds of similar comments and even a well-warranted comparison to a Curb Your Enthusiasm bit, the post made its way to Twitter, sparking a full-fledged debate on the woman’s queue strategy.

“I’ve never both completely agreed and completely disagreed with a person more in my life,” wrote @FeitsBarstool in their viral repost of the thread.
Meanwhile, others theorized about what her approach to waiting in line says about her other airport habits.
“Same person will get to the ticket counter and not have a single thing ready or available to show the agent so she’ll spend another few minutes shuffling through her bag to find her ID and confirmation number,” speculated @Kerrfectness.
So no matter if you’re appalled or siding with Karen, one thing is certain — to paraphrase @MEEBZ_, her behavior is so out of line.
